iConnectYou was designed to break down barriers and expand utilisation of wellbeing services by connecting with individuals using their preferred communication style. The iConnectYou app for iOS and Android devices provides employees 24/7 access to professional wellbeing support via telephone, instant message (IM), text message or video.

Provides convenient, confidential access to professional wellbeing support:

– Initial request can be made via call, IM, text message, or video
– Includes user-friendly access to a library of wellbeing articles
– Seamless access to the member website as well as to Wellness Resources such as the Aware Mindfulness Channel and Wellness by Workplace Options physical wellbeing video channel
– Support and resources available in multiple languages
